At Spring, we believe in treating every patient like an individual and working together in partnership to help them achieve their goals. For patients who want the greatest possible chance of success to have multiple children in the future, we often recommend egg or embryo banking cycles – this is not effectively captured in our SART success rates (And lowers them by increasing the denominator). We also work with many patients who have been told by other clinics that they should consider donor eggs. We welcome the hardest cases even if they adversely affect our outcomes, because we believe strongly in doing the right thing by our patients.

If our patients freeze a specific number of eggs at Spring (20 eggs before age 35 or 30 eggs before 38) and are unable to achieve a successful pregnancy with us in the future, we will refund all money paid to Spring directly for your egg freezing cycle*. No other clinic in the Bay Area offers a guarantee of this kind.

*IVF, anesthesia, and medications do not qualify for money back.
